Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50% cancellation charges and 50% amount would be refunded to the customer.
  • Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 75% cancellation charges and 25% amount would be refunded to the customer.
  • Cancellation of booking done within or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date or no show; 100% cancellation charges and no refund would be given to the customer.
  • Please note the shortening of stay (reducing the room nights during stay) without prior information (24 HRS before) shall attract 100% retention, No Cancellation will be allowed.
