The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this home-stay.
As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel(s) due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as laundry, extra bed, etc.). In case, such additional charges are levied by the home-stay.
Extra bed can be accommodated with a folding bed or a mattress, subject to room size & availability.
The home-stay reserves the right to decline accommodation to localities/same city residents.
The hotelier may charge your Card/Account for additional cancellation charges if any
Please note the shortening of stay (reducing the room nights during stay) without prior information (24 HRS before) shall attract 100% retention, No Cancellation will be allowed.
Local ID proof & Pan card will not be acceptable as ID proof.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable at the home-stay. The standard check-in time is 12:30 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM.
Pets not allowed unless prior permission taken in advance through us & additional charges are applicable.
Driver’s / Attendants-Night stay/ Bedding charges are extra payable & subject to availability.
No Un-Registered Guests are allowed.
No-Illegal Substances & No-Huka allowed in our premises.
Please Take Care of Furnishing, Linen, Electricals & Bath Fittings, Heaters/Geysers, Dishes, Table, Chairs etc. You have to Pay for the Damages.
Please Take Care of Room Keys, Lost Keys Incur a Replacement Fee.
No-Parties or Events allowed without prior Permission.
